Figure Competitor Nutrition and Supplementation

NO: Bread, Grains, Cereals, Beans, or Dairy
Eat only: Meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, and some fruit
Drink only: Water, coffee, herbal green tea, and supplement drinks*

Here is a sample plan:

1 Avocado
2 eggs, hard-boiled or scrambled

5 oz. chicken breast
2 cups broccoli

5 oz. salmon
mixed greens salad with vinegrette type dressing

5 oz. chicken breast
10 macadamia nuts

Quality Foods is where it's at!

Contest season is rapidly approaching and this is what you need to start doing right now (if not already).

Cut the junk.

Cut the bread, cut the cereals, cut the dairy, cut the grains, and cut the beans.

What's left?

Meat and veggies, nuts and seeds, and some fruit. I could actually have you not even weigh out your food and still get shredded.

I've noticed within my member base at my gym, quality, whole food makes a HUGE difference.
